For any existing to remain buildings, Coda will document the existing conditions to optimize design through upfront knowledge of discrepancies between existing building conditions and the new design. Coda leverages laser scanning and deviation exhibits to discover misalignments between the new design and actual building conditions before any renovations begin. Typical deviation exhibits include but are not limited to:

• Structural column and slab locations

• Floor flatness

• Slab-to-slab heights

• Slab-to-beam heights

• Slab edge locations
