The Noman M. Cole Jr. Pollution Control Plant (NMCPCP) is an award-winning facility in Fairfax County, VA, treating 40 million gallons of wastewater daily. When a critical need arose to upgrade 40 motor control centers and 18 distribution centers, the general contractor needed to execute the complex work without disrupting the plant’s continuous, peak performance. They engaged Coda as a trusted advisor to create a single source of truth and mitigate project risks through advanced modeling.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport—one of the busiest in the world—undertook a major infrastructure enhancement with the Plane Train Tunnel West Extension. Given the risks associated with tunneling beneath an active airport and the critical importance of avoiding costly surprises, understanding the existing subsurface conditions was essential. The Alamo Visitor Center and Museum will transform the historic Crockett (built in 1882) and Woolworth (built in 1921) buildings in San Antonio into a state-of-the-art facility, showcasing the complete 300-year history of the iconic Alamo site. CNU’s Natomas Medical Center is a new 14-story medical complex and teaching hospital that includes 400 beds, dormitories, a childcare center, senior residential care facility, administrative offices, and commercial and retail spaces.
