Proactive Precision: Mitigating Design Risk for the Texas A&M RIB-A

The Texas A&M University’s Research and Innovation Building A (RIB-A) is a landmark $260 million facility designed to anchor public and private research and development on campus. This 150,000-square-foot building will house state-of-the-art office and lab spaces for critical fields like engineering, health sciences, and aerospace. Coda was engaged to implement a proactive design review, aiming to identify and resolve design issues before they could impact the project’s budget and schedule.
